FiltaFry
FiltaFry specializes in mobile, onsite maintenance of deep fryers in restaurants and commercial kitchens through a comprehensive fryer management program that includes micro-filtration of cooking oil, thermostat calibration, vacuum-based cleaning of deep fryers and operations guidance. Most restaurants that fry food normally throw away cooking oil once it degrades but FiltaFry’s cooking oil filtration and fryer management program results in cleaner and longer-lasting oil, hygienically clean fryers, improved food quality, reduced risk of accidents and savings of time and money. Each van operated by a FiltaFry franchisee serves a base of 30 to 40 commercial customers per/ operating shift who are serviced an average of one to two times each week. The cost of an average service call, which typically takes one hour, is $65.00.
